PRESENTATIONS

The organizers accept no more than two presentations per participant as the first author. The time for regular oral presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.


TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
Slide projection, overhead and Power Point software will be available at the lecture halls.


SPEAKER READY ROOM
PowerPoint presentations are requested to be checked and previewed in the Speaker Ready Room by the presenting author personally half a day before the session. All PowerPoint presentations will be preloaded on a PC in the presentation room. If the presenters are using their own laptops, it is necessary to check the compatibility with the projector of the session room well in advance.


ORAL PRESENTATION
All presenters must be available at the respective lecture room 15 minutes before the session starts. The chair introduces the speakers and keeps to the exact timeline of the session (10 min presentation + 5 min discussion). The chair is also requested to make sure that all mobile phones are shut off.


POSTER PRESENTATION
The posters should fit a maximum board of 0.70 metre wide and 1.4 metres high. They should be easy to read from a distance of 2.5 meters and structured according to the general abstract guidelines.
The posters must be taken down by the end of the poster session of that day. The presenters should be available at their poster site for discussion during the poster session.
